- Class: Propionic acid derivative NSAID
- Action: It possess antipyretic, analgesic and antiinflammatory activity. Its reported mechanism of action is the inhibition of cyclooxygenase catalysis of arachidonic acid to prostaglandin precursors (endoperoxides), thereby inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in tissues.
- Indications: Alleviation of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders.
